This child's bustle dress is one piece. It is made of brocade and is accented with lavender lace at the sleeves and lavender smocked satin on the skirt.

This two-piece cotton dress has printed lace. The print of the fabric is a red and black leaf. The dress features a bustle and ruffles on the back of the skirt. It has a button closure for the jacket. This house dress was worn by Anna von Allmen who married Christian E. Launer. The Launers were both born in Richland County, IL. Their families came from Lucerne, Switzerland and Lorraine, France. Christian and Anna came to Wabash County sometime after their marriage. They were the parents of Lulu Margaret who married Russell Stansfield. The Launer family lived at 409 West Third Street when Lulu was born.
